Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@sparklebound.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
