Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders ship from Sparklebound within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

We offer three shipping speeds at checkout:

Economy (5–8 business days transit)
Budget-friendly option. Great for light accessories, sticker packs, and coloring books.

Standard (3–4 business days transit)
Faster delivery for bundles and gifts.

Express (1–2 business days transit)
Our quickest option. Carrier-calculated at checkout and includes a small handling fee. Will ship same day / next day depending on purchase time.

Note: Transit times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Carriers

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Sparklebound selects the best carrier and service level for your order to balance speed and reliability.

Delivery Delays

The transit times listed above are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed (except Express services where carrier guarantees apply). Sparklebound is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided with every order. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update once the carrier has received your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate it, reach out to us at [your support email], and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
